For this you need two softwares first one is 

• Kali Linux 2.0 Iso Image File.
• VmWare 12.5 or latest.

Installation Process:

• First Download Both Softwares and install VmWare on your machine.
• Open Vmware and click on Create a new Machine.
• Select the location of Kali Linux Iso.
• Select the Guest Operating System.
• Set the name and location for your window Installation Files.
• Disk Space must be 12 Gb and for better performance use 20Gb.
• Review the hardware configuration and start your virtual machine.
• Select Graphical Install.
• Set your language TimeZone Date Time Etc.
• Set your Password.
• Set your disk partition use all in one files
• Finish partition and write changes to disk.
• Then installation will start it may takes upto 15 minutes.
• Select your network mirror leave proxy as blank.
• Install boot loader.
